All Requests for Use of Facilities must be Board Approved PRIOR to the Event Date. No event can be approved unless Board Approved first.

All rentals are subject to Board approval, and must have appropriate insurance coverage with submittal of Certificate of Insurance. A four hour minimum rental time is required.
